With wellbeing activities, we wish to give you the foundation which may lead to small yet meaningful changes that support you in your own level of feeling well. Staying physically and mentally fit is the best part of everyday lives to keep a good work and play life balance.
A Freedom of Choice concept offers three main tracks which the guest can choose from, according to their own personal objectives and interests. Our Team of recreation hosts will provide guidance and activities to give you the foundation needed for a long lasting state of feeling well and which may lead to small yet meaningful changes that support you in your own level of wellbeing.
This track is aimed for the guest who wishes to explore culture, nature, sport and mindful activities by including diverse aspects into the holidays for a holistic experience.
Suitable for different fitness levels, and recommended for those wishing to improve physical vitality and concentration. Designed to enhance body physique, including power and muscle building elements, while also focusing on balance and concentration.
This programme is designed for those who wish to ‘slow down’. It combines deliberate movement practices, meditation and breathing exercises to improve emotional state of mind and re-connect to nature. A daily spa visit can be included for full relaxation.
A preliminary consultation and body assessment can be scheduled at the beginning of your stay followed by suitable recommendations. Classes and activities are joined classes. Alternatively, you may choose to pick any of our activities at your own leisure "a la carte". Private trainer sessions are subject to surcharge starting at 1500 THB.
