A Freedom of Choice concept offers three main tracks which the guest can choose from, according to their own personal objectives and interests. This track is aimed for the guest who wishes to explore culture, nature, sport and mindful activities by including diverse aspects into the holidays for a holistic experience.

Suitable for different fitness levels, and recommended for those wishing to improve physical vitality and concentration. Designed to enhance body physique, including power and muscle building elements, while also focusing on balance and concentration.

Mindful Awareness

Mindful Awareness

This programme is designed for those who wish to ‘slow down’. It combines deliberate movement practices, meditation and breathing exercises to improve emotional state of mind and re-connect to nature. A daily spa visit can be included for full relaxation.
