Terms and Conditions:

• Minimum stay of 3 nights
• 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
• Guests pay 50% at booking; the outstanding balance will be settled upon arrival.
• Modifications or cancellations made at least 14 days prior to arrival incur no charge or cancellation fee.
• In case of no show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
• Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase (a 3% bank processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount).
• If cancelled 0–14 days before arrival, the payment will be forfeited (Non-Refundable).
