TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Securing a Wedding date :
- To confirm your wedding date, the resort requires 50% deposit of the chosen wedding package.
- To confirm all arrangements, the resort requires full payment of the total wedding cost one (1) month prior to the wedding celebration.
Cancellation Policy & No Show:
- Deposit of 50% of wedding package is Non Refundable
- Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to ceremony date are 50% refundable.
- Cancellations made 90 days or less prior to ceremony date are non-refundable.
- Refund process takes approximately 45-60 days processing.
Term & Condition:
- We only ever do one wedding per day.
- Wedding dates are first come first served basis. A date is not confirmed until a deposit is received and a confirmation from our wedding planner has been made.
- All prices of our wedding package are current and valid up to 31st December 2017.
- All prices for additional services are subject to change, should suppliers adjust charges
- Outside suppliers will not be permitted except with prior approval from the wedding planner.
- The resort has the right to use photos and VDO of wedding couple for advertisement purposes.
- In the event of early departure (from Koh Samui), the photo package will be sent via courier to an agreed address at an extra cost
